Katie & her husband, John, are small business owners in Western Colorado where they own commercial real estate and lease commercial space. Katie sits on the board of directors for C.A.S.A of Mesa County (Court Appointed Special Advocates). Katie brings a strong background from the title and escrow industry, working as an escrow officer and handling over 600 closings. Katie has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Colorado State University. Katie has lived in Colorado since 1994 and loves raising her 2 kids in Western Colorado while experiencing everything the majestic outdoors has to offer. In her free time, you can find Katie on the pickleball court, gardening, hiking, rafting, at concerts or attending sporting events with her husband & kids.

Shannon is a dedicated real estate agent with extensive knowledge and experience, proudly serving buyers and sellers in Mesa County. Since starting her residential real estate career in 2017, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence. Shannon attended Colorado Mesa University and is proudly a member of the D51 Foundation Board of Directors. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughter, as well as indulging in her passions for trail running, hiking, skiing and traveling.

Catlyn is a Grand Junction Native serving both buyers and sellers here on the Western Slope. It was important to Catlyn to obtain a career where she could truly service the community she loves, which led her to becoming a Realtor. She is passionate about advising and assisting her clients to achieve their real estate goals and finds true fulfilment in seeing those goals met and built upon over time! In addition to her career in Real Estate, Catlyn is also a wife and mother to three children. She enjoys playing with her tennis team, skiing and hiking and as a family they are very active in the youth sports programs in Mesa County. Katie is a Licensed Real Estate Assistant & Transaction Manager who has been at RE/MAX 4000 for 7 years. She specializes in both Client and Agent support & Contract Compliance. Katie takes pride in going the extra mile to really get to know the clients, their families and their individual needs. Katie’s first experience in the world of real estate came in high school when working at a Title office. She later worked for a Realtor’s Association and now enjoys being on the other side of the industry. Born and raised in South Dakota, Katie got her Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff before spending several years living in Montana. Katie has happily called the Grand Valley home now for the past 10 years! Katie is a proud “Momma” to two amazing boys. When she isn’t cheering on her busy boys at their sporting events and activities, Katie can be found hiking, reading or taking in some live music with friends. Katie recently joined the Advancement Board for HopeWest and is looking forward to giving back to this amazing community.

Darci works diligently in helping to create and maintain the systems and processes that help the team run smoothly. Darci specializes in marketing and loves to create marketing pieces that are memorable and engaging. The thing she loves about this business the most is that everyday is a new adventure. When Darci is not at work she enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband, attending concerts, camping, and spending quality time with the people she loves the most. She dotes on her two kids and shuttles them around to all the many things that keep them busy.
